The use of the cloud by governments throughout world is being aggressively investigated to increase efficiency and reduce costs. majority computing risk management programs prioritize addressing security issues that government organizations may face when they choose adopt systems, but these lack evidence risks, problems with using in developing nations are uncommon, so called for more research this area. objective paper quantitative models namely Spearman's Rank correlation coefficient, simple regression, support vector machine regression (SVMR) estimating based on control factors improving mitigation intelligent a organization. Identify proper every issue from estimation errors standard performance measurement like mean square error (MSE) root (RMSE), evaluate validate proposed models.
